1. Connect with APN Celloneportal
2. Open Firefox or Chrome enter below proxy and port.
3. Proxy: 192.168.87.163
4. Port: 8080
5. Home Page: wap.yahoo.com OR Any Working Homepage.
6. To Implement Setting In Firefox go to Option > Advance > Network > Settings
7. To Implement Setting In Chrome go to Settings > Show advanced settings > Change Proxy Setting.
8. For downloading enter same proxy and port in IDM

Steps To Configure BSNL 3G Trick In Mobile

Create a new Configuration Settings on your Mobile

1. Account name: TFH_BSNL
2. Access Point: Celloneportal
3. Proxy:  192.168.87.163
4. Port: 8080
5. Home Page: wap.yahoo.com OR Any Working Homepage
6. Now save the setting and open your homepage
